A Fine Mess
When Harry Potter defeated the Dark Lord the next biggest thing he had to worry about was wooing Ginny back into his life. Needless to say, it wasn’t hard. It was only a matter of time before Ginny gave birth to three children, all healthy young magical terrors. It was only natural that the rest of Harry’s generation started to produce offspring and continue on the tradition of going to Hogwarts. These young adults are now ready to start their lives in the wizarding world while their parents sit back and relax. Romances blossom among the adults, some carried on from teen years and others brewing in the work place. For the pureblood adults, those that have parents that were once loyal to the Dark Lord, don’t get to experience the butterflies of first love. They must be married by twenty-five years of age to whom they are arranged to. Around the time most of these purebloods were five years old, a magical contract had bonded them with another of certain blood status. While children went to Hogsmeade for first dates, they got to meet their arranged spouse for the first time. Love has sprung among some, but mostly just a fondness between the two. It is resented by them and they are pitied by others. However, quite recently a tiny flaw has been found in the contract. The contract clearly states, the contract binding _____________ and ___________ together becomes null when one of the arranged in question falls completely and truly in love with another. For some of the purebloods who are after money, it isn’t a good thing. They fear loosing their connections with the wizarding world. Others are too afraid to even think of defying the contract. While most of them have not bothered becoming friends with anyone else, it proves to be a struggle. The question remains, how will the children of the well known muggle loving families react? No one can predict the new relationships that will form or break.
